Bobby was on vacation when I reached out to him and even being on vacation he contacted one of his guys and had him come to my house to inspect the roof and found just a couple of minor items that were fixed. What a relief it was to know it wasn't anything serious and that the minor items were fixed. Outstanding service and professionalism!
